Day 1. Welcome to Bangkok!
Upon arrival in beautiful Bangkok, meet your guide, who will prepare you for your exciting two-country journey! Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your first luxurious accommodation, then spend the evening settling in.Â

Day 2. Bangkok, Thailand
Rise and shine - Bangkok is begging you to explore! After breakfast, grab your camera and get ready for a culture-packed day on your City & Temples tour. See the Golden Buddha at Wat Traimit, then visit two more spectacular temples.Â
The rest of the day is yours! You might want to check out some of Bangkok's colorful night markets. Treat yourself to some tasty street food!
Bangkok City & Temples Tour
Wander through three stunning and sacred Buddhist Temples in Bangkok.
Weigh in at Wat Traimit or the Golden Buddha to see the Sukhothai-sculpted 5.5-ton solid-gold Buddha image. Said to date back as far as the early 13th century, the figure is as impressive as valuable.
Next is Wat Chetuphon, home to Wat Pho, the reclining Buddha image. It is regarded as the first center of public education, decorated in mural paintings, statues, and inscriptions. Intellectuals gather there to discuss a variety of subjects such as literature, astronomy, geology, meditation, and more.
Last but certainly not least is a temple that employs the delicate combination of Italian Carrara marble with classical Thai architecture to create the lovely and unique Wat Benchamabophit. The temple boasts 53 Buddha images and beautiful lotus flower-filled canals that can be crossed by footbridges.
Day 3. Bangkok, Thailand
Feel free to sleep in today. Fuel up with some breakfast, then get exploring! Today, consider a visit to Bangkok's breathtaking Grand Palace and see the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Right across the River, you'll find monumental Wat Arun Ratchawararam.
While in Bangkok, be sure to check out a floating market! Immerse yourself in Thai culture as you watch vendors sell local goods from wooden boats. Some of the best floating markets in the Bangkok area are Damnoen Saduak and Amphawa. While these are not in Bangkok's city center, they're worth a taxi ride!
Day 4. Bangkok, Thailand - Luang Prabang, Laos
Say "bye" to Bangkok! Today, you'll venture off to Laos' ancient city of Luang Prabang. Enjoy a convenient transfer to the airport, then relax on a quick flight!
Upon arrival, you'll be driven to your next luxurious accommodation. Settle into the area and treat yourself to a scrumptious meal in celebration of your first night in Laos!Â

Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. You may want to check out Mount Phousi, a popular sunset hiking spot! Remember: good views mean high climbs. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear.
Sightseeing tour in Luang Prabang (half-day)
Nestled between the Nam Khan and Mekong rivers, Luang Prabang is an enchanting town filled with historic temples and colonial style buildings. Begin your tour at Wat Visoun (Wat Wisunalat), the oldest temple in Luang Prabang dating back to 1513. Visit the nearby Wat Aham before continuing to Wat Xieng, the crown jewel of monasteries and temples in the city. Its many ornate buildings feature exquisite mosaic and gold-stenciled murals. From there, stroll down the main street (Wat Street) of Luang Prabang. Time permitting, stop at a few of the many temples that lining the street including Wat Sibounheuang, Wat Si Moungkhoun, Wat Sop, and Wat Sene.
Day 6. Luang Prabang, Laos
Make the best of your last full day of vacay! Today, you might want to start off early and experience the early morning alms ceremony near Tak Bat. Quietly watch the monk ritual, as bright orange robes line the street against stunning temple walls. Please remember that the daily procession of monks receiving their alms is a serious ritual. While you may spectate, refrain from making noise or using camera flash.
After a humbling morning, venture off to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfalls and experience one of Southeast Asia's most stunning landscapes. From the city, these sparkling turquoise falls can be reached by tuk-tuk, bicycle, or taxi.
Back in the city, tiptoe around a Wat or do some souvenir shopping at a local market! Why not celebrate your adventure with a delicious last night meal!?
Day 7. Depart Laos
Squeeze all your souvenirs into your luggage and wave goodbye to Laos. Today, you'll be driven to the airport for your returning flight home.Â
